The School Day

Our gates open at 8.40am each morning and close at 8.55am.  We operate a drop-off zone system for pupils who are being driven to school.  Pupils walking to school can enter through either of the two gates positioned at the front and rear of the school site.  EYFS pupils make use of a gate in their playground.  Children have a morning break, as well as an afternoon break. All pupils have a 1 hour lunch break.  This will be somewhere between 11.40 am and 1.10pm depending upon which year group they are in.  EYFS and KS1 pupils finish school at 3.05pm. LKS2 pupils finish at 3.10pm and UKS2 at 3:15pm.  Parents are able to enter the school grounds at the end of the day from 3.05pm.  The gates are locked at 3.25pm and any pupil not collected after this time will be cared for by Sunset Club, which may be charged for.

Total cumulative hours for the week:

EYFS, KS1 and Year 3 - 31 hours 15 mins

Years 4 to 6 - 31 hours and 40 mins

School Dinners

 Our school meals are provided by Impact Food Group. School Grid is the site where you can view menus, place bookings and pay for meals. If you do not have a School Grid login, please contact the school office, who can assist you.

Sunrise and Sunset Club

At Warley, we provide a convenient and safe wraparound care provision in our Sunshine Room. It runs during term time and is staffed by our friendly and approachable in-house school staff. Sessions at Sunrise or Sunset Club must be booked in advance, via ParentPay, 

Sunrise Club

Children who attend the Sunrise Club may arrive any time from 7:30am and will be cared for until the school gates open at 8:40am. The children will be offered a variety of healthy breakfast options and the cost of a session is £7.00.

Sunset Club

After school, children can attend the Sunset Club between 3:10pm and 6:00pm. The children take part in a range of both indoor and outdoor activities and they can also complete homework and read to an adult if they wish. The children who are still at the club by 4:30pm will receive a healthy dinner.

The cost of this provision is scaled, as follows:

Collection by 4:15pm - £7 (snack included)

Collection by 5:00pm - £11 (snack and light dinner included)

Collection by 6:00pm - £14 (snack and light dinner included)
